Lloyd Chapman brings a lifetime of innovation, business and political savvy to his position as President of the American Small Business League. Born and raised in Texas, as a young man Lloyd worked for legendary Texas political leader Bob Bullock, and later spent eight years in the Texas Controller’s office.
